Our Enrollment Process
Application processes can be confusing, cumbersome and intimidating. Although our approach has various phases, with the help of your advisor, it should feel like a seamless and painless process to you.
Here’s what happens:
Inquiry Phase
This starts with your first phone call, email, or personal visit with us. Discuss your goals with your advisor in your first conversation to ensure that this program will effectively meet your career aspirations. Consider what you want to do, where you want to go in your career, and what you want to accomplish.
Road Map Phase
Working with your advisor early in the discussions, you should be able to clearly map out what is ahead. Together you will estimate your timeline, course requirements, and transfer options (using unofficial transcripts). At this point we use the Road Map form to outline your path to degree completion.
Application Phase
Now that you have an
idea of what to expect, you can begin your formal application phase
that involves forwarding official transcripts, obtaining references,
and establishing your financial plans.

Evaluation & Admission Phase
Once your advisor receives all of your required documents, he or she finalizes your file. Then you will receive from your adviser a copy of your formalized learning plan and an official admission letter to the program. This road map will serve as your guide throughout your course of study.
Enrollment Phase
We will work with you to finalize your financial arrangements and enroll you in your first module. Once you are enrolled in the program, your tuition and fees will be automatically billed to you or your lender. Registrations thereafter will be automatic. We’ve designed it to be hassle-free because we want you to focus your valuable time on what really matters in life!
